The City of Atlanta is where we both moved to around 1974. I moved here from Miami where I was raised. Hank moved from Ashville NC, and was raised just outside Ashville in Hendersonville. Although we both moved to Atlanta about the same time, we did not meet until some eight years later. I guess we knew each other about a year before we moved in together. I was living on 3½ acres of wooded land not more than 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The house was small about 900 SQ. feet, but more than enough for us at the time. We were both still in that late 20 early 30 something party mode, lots of alcohol and bars. This was the point we both began to well........ grow up, Hmmmmmmm at least Hank did.

The Aids epadamic began to get attention when we met, before we moved we both lost our closest friends and many people we had known from just about the time we moved to Atlanta.

Had a lot of video from our time in Georgia, but not much in the way of photos. The one photo in the North Georgia Mountains on the HomePage you saw.

I have looked everywhere for a photo of our home in Atlanta with no luck. Except this one, I guess it took a fairly unusual snow fall for the motivation to take this photo.
