Xena is our rescue group dog from Northern Illinois. In 2003 she was not quite 1 year old and had just been bought in two days before. She was very malnourished, so thin you could see her backbone and ribs. She was still active as she always is. But Scooby aproved, so we all agreeded and Xena became our 2^nd dog.

She quickly moved in and took over. Although Scooby holds his ground, Xena is a very pushy bitch. She is very well behaved and quite, not vocal like Scooby. But will push and push until she gets what she wants. She is now 6 years old and a big part of the gang of two that really runs this household.

You could say Xena is my dog (Paul), she is always by my side. I have done some training with her, so I have a bit more control over her. At least I can call a time out and she obeys.
